Sudoku

Instructions: Each Sudoku puzzle has a solution that can be worked out logically.

Type numbers into the blank spaces so that each column, row, and 3x3 box contains the values 1 to 9.

Tips: If you are new to the game, here are a few hints and tips to help get you started playing Sudoku.

Look for columns and rows of 3x3 sections that contain 5 or more numbers.

Work through the empty cells that remain, trying the numbers that have not been used.

You may be able to find numbers that can only be placed in one position considering the other numbers that are already in its row, column, and 3x3 grid.

Break the grid up visually into 3 rows and 3 columns.

Each large row will have 3, 3x3 grids and each column will have 3, 3x3 grids.

Now, look for columns or rows that have 2 of the same number.

A 3rd copy of the same number must be in the only remaining 9-cell section.

See if you can find the location of the missing number by looking at each of the remaining 9 positions.
